Michael Williams

Michael Williams is a real estate investing author, speaker and trainer. Mr. Williams is co-author of Rogue Real Estate Investor, one of the most popular tax lien and tax deed investing products.

Mr. Williams has been investing in real estate for almost 20 years, ever since he purchased his first home with no money down, taking advantage of government programs and little-known rules in retirement accounts. Mr. Williams has owned and managed rental properties, invested in foreclosures, and purchases tax liens and deeds. He still actively invests and attends numerous tax sales each year, including: Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Texas, and Washington.

Mr. Williams also teaches real estate investors and business owners how to take advantage of self-directed IRAs to purchase liens, deeds, real estate and businesses.

Mr. Williams has been invited to speak with industry giants, such as Harv Eker (author of The Millionaire Mind); he has spoken to some of the largest real estate investing clubs in North America; and he has been quoted in Money Magazine on the topic of tax liens.
